EXCHANGE POLICY
You may exchange your saree within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is in the same condition as delivered—neatly packed.
Once an order is exchanged, customers cannot request another exchange.
The difference in amount must be paid when creating the exchange request. Cash on delivery is not available for these orders.
Exchange/replacement items will be delivered to the same address as the original order.
Please note, we do not offer a pickup facility. Customers are kindly requested to arrange the return shipment at their own expense.
RETURN POLICY
Refunds are applicable only if the product is received in a defective or damaged condition and must be supported by a complete unboxing video recorded from the start of opening the parcel until the end. The product should be returned within 7 days of delivery.
